Exchanges, Returns, Store Credit and Refund Policy

Little Red Workshop are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

If the product you bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, post it back to us within 30 days of purchase, in like new condition, and we will exchange it for a replacement product, provide a store credit or refund at your purchase price, minus postage.

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange, return and store credit/refund policy:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of use
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original product packaging

To initiate a an exchange or return, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, including the reason for return
• Any shipping fees to return the product to Little Red Workshop will need to paid by the customer (except where the item is faulty)
• If you choose to exchange the product, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item to you
